Children's Carnival in Arna, Laconia

The Cultural Association of Arna invites you to the village's first children's Carnival on the three-day celebration for Ash Monday.
On Saturday, March 1st, and Sunday, March 2nd, our little friends will be able to enjoy a rich programme of activities in the beautiful square of Arna. On Monday, March 3rd, we will fly our kites at the "Monastiraki" location at the village entrance as we approach it from Vasiliki.
All activities are admission-free.

Saturday, March 1st
11:00 Playground opening
12:00 Face painting
14:00 Children's workshop: making our carnival masks
15:00 Children's workshop: learning to make traditional kites
16:00 Karagiozis performance

Sunday, March 2nd
11:00 - 14:00 Creative activities with the "Phase is Mountains" group (survival games, treasure hunt, etc.)

14:00 Parade with the young carnivalists & carnival floats
15:00 Party in the Square

12:00 Kite flying
