In this session, you will explore yoga poses with your loved ones, collaborate, play and breathe, filling yourselves with energy and beautiful memories. You will enhance your physical well-being and your children’s self-confidence, promoting calmness and relaxation for all. Through games and creative activities, yoga will become fun, a way to connect, and a way of life that brings harmony to the whole family.
