From Friday, September 8th to Sunday, September 10th, the Mountain Breath Yoga Retreat will take place in the beautiful village of Vamvakou on the enchanting Mount Parnon. The Retreat includes hatha yoga, nidra yoga, hiking to Mount Parnon and excursions to the surrounding villages.
The yoga classes will take place in the renovated Vamvakou school, in the beautiful courtyard, while accommodation will take place in two fully renovated guest houses, in Rouga of Vamvakou Homes and the Traditional Guest House.
