The Olympic Games travel to Vamvakou
Through an experiential workshop including interactive games, along with interpretative material found in the museum kit titled "The Olympic Games travel", young visitors learn about important milestones in the Games' history from antiquity to modern times. Together, we discover the lives and achievements of distinguished athletes-fighters and the values the Olympic ideal promotes: Solidarity, fair play, cooperation, and friendship among the people.
The museum kit workshop titled "The Olympic Games travel" is part of the "Agon, an Olympic Legacy" educational and social action program of the Athens Olympic Museum, developed thanks to an exclusive grant from the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF).
