Lefki beach
Lefki Beach is located in Elafonisos, at the southeastern tip of the Peloponnese. It may also be the best beach on the island, though it is smaller and less known than Simos and the Panagia Islands.
It is located on the island's west side, and Lefki Bay is a vital fishing land. The name "Lefki" comes either from the white sand covering the beach or the smooth, white stones called "lefkades". Combining white sand with rocks and emerald waters, the beach is ideal for relaxation. Often, Lefki Bay becomes the shelter of small boats. Finally, on the neck of Cape Lefki, there are coarse fragments of the Bronze Age.
