The beach of Kochylas of the Ariana settlement is 15 km from Monemvasia. It is a secluded pebble beach overlooking the Daskalio rocky skerry.
The beach is also known as Ariana and is 500 meters from the beach road. It is distinguished for the tranquillity that the beautiful scenery exudes. You have to be very careful when east or southeast winds blow because huge waves are created.
