Agios Ioannis Church
The one-room Byzantine church of Agios Ioannis was repaired during the period of the Second Venetian Occupation (1690-1715). Fragments of Post-Byzantine frescoes are preserved on the north wall of the church.
Most likely, the church is identified with the Middle Byzantine church of Agios Ioannis Prodromos, where, in the middle of the 10th century, pre-monk Antonios, a fellow-worshiper of Agios Theodoros of Kythira, lived as a monk.
