Environmental Cultural Group of Mani

The non-profit "Environmental Cultural Group of Mani" (PERI.PO.O. Mani) organisation was founded in 2008 and is based in Gythio, Laconia. The Association aims to prevent and deal with natural disasters, as well as to highlight and protect the environmental and cultural characteristics of the regions of Laconia and Messenia.

For several years now, the Association has owned a 3-ton water fire truck, thanks to the solidarity of the community of North Rhine-Westphalia (Nordrhein-Westfalen) in Germany.
