Mani Beach Camping

The Mani Beach Camping (campsite) is just outside Gythio Lakonia on the Mavrovouni beach.

Camping services have been housed in the Mani Beach area since 1977. But the area’s history begins much earlier, in the 50s when the Damilakos family produced wine and must. The estate was named "Raisin". Cultivation and harvesting was done by the whole family and under the guidance of their father. The "father", Petros Damilakos, was one of the first certified chemists of the Greek State. About 20 years later, the site was developed to accommodate campers and was then named “Camping Mani Beach”, a name it still retains today.

Camping gives a unique sense of autonomy and simplicity – it's the ultimate way to enjoy your holidays in nature.

At Mani Beach, they have 77 places for tents, and you can either bring your own or rent one from the owners.

In addition, all positions offer the following:

• Direct Access to sanitary facilities

Caravan pitches

The campsite has 124 pitches for caravans, but there is no availability for renting one.

Restaurant

Mani Beach Camping's restaurant is open from May 1st to September 30th. The table seats are located outside near the beach in a welcoming natural environment. The restaurant's kitchen offers Greek and local flavours from Mani with fresh local products and olive oil from the estate's olive trees.

Cafe Bar

Next to the restaurant is the cafeteria bar, where coffee, snacks, fresh juices and alcoholic drinks are served daily.

Mini market

The mini market operates from May 1 to September 30, with products for the campers' daily needs.

Playground

Mani Beach Camping's playground is of high standards with certification and a unique safety floor, where the play of the little campers becomes safe for the children and carefree for the parents.
