In Konakia, the visitor can see the church of the Assumption of the Virgin with frescoes of the 20th century.
The church has a stone floor of the 17th century, while inside it, there is a collection of Byzantine wood carvings, old priests' robes and utensils.
A solemn evening liturgy is celebrated on the eve of the temple’s celebration (August 14th), and the Epitaph procession follows.
