The Cultural Equestrian Association of Mani was founded in 2008 to cultivate and teach the sport of horse riding, as well as the study, research and dissemination of the noble sport. The Association is housed in Areopolis, and its grounds host a Folklore Museum with exhibits related to the equestrian tradition of the Mani region.
Finally, the Association organises equestrian competitions (endurance-exhibition) and cultural events yearly while participating in national holidays and anniversaries.
