Saint Nicholas' Church
Agios Nikolaos is a one-roomed, arched-roofed cemetery church of the Mavromichalis family. 18th-century frescoes adorn the temple. The only fresco visible inside the church is that of St. Nikolas. It was built around 1731 and is located in the centre of Limeni, opposite the house (which is now a hotel) of Ioannis Katsis Mavromichalis.
Outside the chapel, there is a specially designed space where the bones of members of the Mavromichalis family are kept in metal boxes. Among others are the bones of Elias Michael Mavromichalis (1919-1943), Michael Germanos Mavromichalis (1845-1827), and others.
