Kechrianika is located approximately 1 km southwest of Koita.
The settlement is built at an altitude of 99 metres above sea level. Visitors there can admire the "Kolouros" war tower of the Koteas family, as well as the Byzantine church of St. Andrew, which dates back to the 13th century.
The settlement of Kechrianika is the place of origin of infantry Colonel Konstantinos Davakis, a hero of the Greek-Italian War. There is also a marble bust at the village, created by Michalis Kassis, a famous sculptor from Mani.
