Ayurveda is the oldest applied health science, which started 5000 years ago. Along with yoga, it treats man as a whole, examining human nature on all three levels of existence (physical-mental-sentimental). Its goal is healthy living and longevity combined with spiritual development and success.

- the Seasons and Ayurveda, what Ayurveda recommends for better health in winter.
- Yoga practice for all levels.
Molly Margomenou is a Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga teacher (200h YTT Ghyta Yoga & 300h Janet Stone Yoga School). She has been training as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant at the Vedic Studies Institute of America for the last year. She lives permanently in Kythnos, teaching online and live yoga classes and offering traditional Thai massage sessions. Through the choice for a more ecologically sustainable lifestyle and in constant exploration of holistic wellness, she discovered and adopted Ayurveda. This science applies prevention as a solid physical and mental health foundation.
