The complicated and picturesque monastery complex of Perivleptos is located on the southeastern side of the settlement, next to the steep rock.
It is a monastery of the Post Byzantine period built in the middle of the 14th century. The church's interior is adorned with exquisite wall paintings dating back from 1348 to 1380. The illustration of the dome depicting Almighty, the Virgin Mary and the Prophets stands out.
