Between the south wall of the Athena Chalkioikos' sanctuary and the ancient theatre, remains of an arcade are preserved, which were discovered during the excavations of the British School of Archaeology in 1924-1925.
Five column bases mark the monument to its south side, where remains of a Roman building are preserved.
