The Piraeus Bank Group Cultural Foundation is organising an original theatrical workshop for children on the occasion of World Snow Day on Sunday, January 18th, 2026 (11:00-13:00) at the Olives and Greek Olive Oil Museum in Sparta.
Under the guidance of actress/animator Flora Kalomiri, the Museum's young friends, aged 7-12, will enter a winter world full of action, imagination and play, experiencing the strength of the body and the joy of team creation. Through storytelling, theatrical play, movement and improvisation, they will become snowflakes, explorers, winter animals and groups that work together to discover the secrets of snow. Children will wonder… What happens when snow falls, and everything freezes? Is that when the adventure begins?
If a child wishes, they may bring an object that reminds them of snow.
