On Monday, August 28th (at 21:00), as part of the periodic exhibition, “Heavy steps. Asia Minor ‘22”, the Piraeus Bank Group Cultural Foundation organises the musical narrative performance, “Shadows of Smyrna…”, at the Museum of the Olive and Greek Olive Oil, in Sparta.
The narrators, Smaragda Apostolatou, Anezoula Katsibiri and Kyriaki Kyriakouleas, with musicians Babis Karapetis (bouzouki and singing), Emilio Balta (piano and singing) and Ilirjan Mehilli (violin) will bring Smyrna’s (the prosperous and happy city which left its indelible mark over time) and its tragic finale on stage.
