The Piraeus Bank Group Cultural Foundation is organising a clay workshop for teenagers and adults on Sunday, December 14th, 2025 (11:00-13:00) at the Olives and Greek Olive Oil Museum in Sparta.
Under the guidance of Olga Vlassis, an artist-archaeologist, participants will construct a clay box using the leaf technique and then fill it with objects from their own memories.
The activity, inspired by the first museums, "cabinets of curiosities" and the work of Joseph Cornell, aims to familiarise participants with clay as a means of expression, giving them the opportunity to transform their experiences into a unique and personal work of art.
