When in 1890, the grandfather of the Nikiteas family got involved in the bakery, he knew only one way to make bread: SOURDOUGH.

In the "Nikiteas" bakery, traditional kneading means taste, the aroma of genuine bread and unquestionable quality! Although it is a particularly time-consuming process, the tradition continues 130 years later as four generations of bakers bake for you with the same passion and dedication.

With love and hard work, the "Nikiteas" bakery succeeded in the following years by creating the family business NIKITEAS BAKERY and supplying grandfather's famous crisps to bakeries throughout Greece.
