The Folklore Group of Laconia is based in Sparta, and its goal is to preserve and spread the folklore wealth of the prefecture.
For years now, it has been dealing with the recording of the music and dance tradition of the area. At the same time, it also organises events of cultural interest, such as the presentation of books and albums, music and dance performances, etc.
