The "Spartan Runners Association" was founded in 2015 and is based in Sparta. The Association aims to develop mass sports and spread the spirit of sportsmanship ("fair play") through sports.
The Association organises races of different distances (Sparta City Ultra, Sparta City Night, etc.) and informative seminars every year. At the same time, it actively participates in various events in the city and prefecture.
